Job Title: Strategic Finance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement FP&A strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead a small team of finance professionals to achieve FP&A goals and objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis

Skill Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial finance role with a focus on FP&A
  • Advanced Excel and modelling skills with experience in scenario modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
