Role Overview

Part-Time Finance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity for a highly skilled individual to drive financial performance and contribute to business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and oversee daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy in coding, reconciliations, and month-end close.

    2. Review systems and processes to improve cash collection, payment practices, and reporting efficiency.

    3. Lead cashflow forecasting, scenario planning, and dynamic financial modelling to support strategic planning.

    4. Assess the financial feasibility of new projects, initiatives, and growth opportunities, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership.

  • Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in senior accounting, finance business partnering, or strategic finance roles.

    2. Strong capability in cashflow forecasting, financial modelling, and interpreting management reports.

    3. Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial leaders.

    4. Skilled with accounting and reporting tools (e.g., Xero, Excel, Power BI).

You will be working closely with our executive team to provide strategic advice on budgets, ROI, and financial implications of key decisions.
