Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Brokerage Support Officer. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting induction processes for new brokering partners, ensuring brokerage service agreements are relevant, current, and compliant, receiving, tracking and responding in a timely manner to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, maintaining an effective and efficient records management system and brokerage register, keeping up to date with knowledge of program funding guidelines, requirements, and processes, and assisting with invoice acquittals for brokered services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  2. Support induction processes for new brokering partners
  3. Ensure brokerage service agreements are relevant, current, and compliant
  4. Receive, track and respond in a timely manner to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  5. Maintain an effective and efficient records management system and brokerage register
  6. Keep up to date with knowledge of program funding guidelines, requirements, and processes
  7. Assist with invoice acquittals for brokered services
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the collection and analysis of client or customer information
