We are seeking a Customer Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our brand health data in their dashboards.
About the Role
The primary goal of this position is to transform brand health data into business momentum. You will work closely with our customers to help them get the most out of their dashboards, leading to renewals, expansions, and positive reviews.
Main Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Set clear success plans and rapidly introduce customers to first-value opportunities.
- Rhythm Management: Lead Quarterly Check-Ins that link product usage to tangible outcomes.
- Growth and Retention: Early risk detection, develop save plans, oversee renewals, and drive expansion.
- Insight Activation: Translate customer feedback into actionable signals for Product & Marketing.
- Data Accuracy: Keep accurate records of customer health, notes, and forecasts – avoiding surprises.
- Journey Enhancement: Champion playbooks and continuously enhance our customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, founders, and marketers through calm and clear communication.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B SaaS or adjacent).
- Commercial Acumen: Proven negotiation, forecasting, and commercial skills with a bias towards outcomes.
- Brand Awareness: Understanding of why brand matters and how to demonstrate its impact.
- Data Savvy: Comfortable guiding conversations with dashboards and possessing a keen interest in products.
- Communication Expertise: Effective written and verbal communication across executive, user, and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Tools: Knowledge of Vitally, HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Cultural Fit: Possessing High Care + High Performance traits, such as being kind, organised, ambitious, and team-oriented.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Portfolio hitting GRR/NRR targets with reliable, inspection-ready forecasts.
- Every account has a documented success plan and healthy adoption baseline.
- Clear expansion pipeline with repeatable motions aligned to ICP & segment.
- Customer insights inform the roadmap, marketing narratives, and enablement.
- Playbooks improved with your fingerprints.
