Customer Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to drive customer success and growth in our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster Customer Relationships: Develop deep understanding of customer goals and objectives to ensure successful adoption and expansion of products.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert guidance to customers on effective use and benefits of solutions.
  • Collaborate Internally: Act as customer advocate, collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact customer growth, satisfaction, or renewal.
  • Progress Updates: Schedule critical stakeholder calls to discuss progress and obstacles related to customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and a true team player.
  • Ability to quickly establish relationships with executives and senior management in customer accounts.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce (preferred).
