We are seeking an experienced HRIS and Reporting Lead to join our HR Systems team at NRW Holdings. This role ensures data accuracy, system integrity, and timely reporting while providing high-quality support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of multiple HR Systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead and support the HR System Administrator and HR Reporting Analyst, fostering professional development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for new HRMS systems and system enhancements.
  • Support the rollout of new systems and processes by managing change initiatives, communication strategies, and user training to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements, system upgrades, and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, compliant with relevant regulations, and secure, managing any associated risks.
  • Work closely with HR Partners, IT, and other departments to ensure HRIS functionality meets business needs and aligns with organisational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on HRIS tools and reporting features to enhance system adoption and data literacy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a HR systems role with a thorough understanding of HR systems, data management, and ability to troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ability to analyse HR data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering growth and managing performance, including strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and support the team.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather documentation and translate business requirements into system specifications, including strong organisation skills and the ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
