About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our HR Function based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of workforce reporting requirements and maintaining large data sets to provide harmonized and integrated analysis of headcount actuals and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to business groups and projects on workforce statistics and demand profiles, including JV projects.
  • Lead the delivery of workforce reporting requirements and maintenance of large data sets to provide harmonized and integrated analysis of headcount actuals and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics on local and regional people data and trends.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and pre-contracts functions to identify project and growth target bench strength and capacity planning.
