Mechanical Team Lead Position

As a Mechanical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of mechanics and ensuring high standards of quality and safety in campervan repair and maintenance. The role requires proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in campervans or similar vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise daily activities, provide hands-on guidance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Workshop Operations: Plan, prioritize, and oversee campervan repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Inventory and Spare Parts Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in campervans or similar vehicles.
  • Knowledge of stock and spare part management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
