Senior Consultant

  • As a trusted advisor to clients, you'll deliver high-quality BCA consultancy services across medium-to-large projects.
  • You'll provide clear, practical, and commercially aligned compliance advice, while applying performance-based design principles to complex projects.
The Role:

You'll act as lead consultant with minimal oversight, managing projects end-to-end — from scoping and programming to financial tracking and variation management.

  • Key responsibilities include technical delivery, project management, mentoring, client relationships, business development, industry contribution, and compliance & governance.
About You:

We're seeking a highly skilled consultant who thrives in both technical and client-facing settings. You will have:

  • Proven experience in building code consultancy or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and performance-based design principles.
