Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking dynamic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Senior Care Assistants. This role involves providing exceptional support services to children with disabilities in various locations around Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs.
  • Work variable shifts from 3pm-7pm, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Holding a current First Aid and CPR certificate is essential.
  • A valid Drivers License and reliable car with comprehensive insurance are required for transporting clients.
  • A recent Police Check within the last 12 months is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, flexible, compassionate, resilient, and emotionally intelligent.
  • NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules are necessary qualifications for this role.
  • Epilepsy Training would be beneficial but not essential.
