We are seeking to recruit a **Personal Care Assistant - Supported Lifestyle** who is looking for a new challenge This position in our Supported Lifestyle team will assist in providing person centered lifestyle programs designed to engage our Residents in activities they enjoy. We are looking for a team member to fill the following position **Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm.**

**Essential Criteria**
- Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure and Health
- Experience in completing documentation.
- Experience working with Dementia clients (desirable)
- Build relationships and support elderly Residents.
- Must be a team player.
- Proof of work rights in Australia.
- Mandatory Vaccination Policy -.
