As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and configuration of services to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Own client relationships and program manage Professional Services deployment.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Guide customers to informed decisions and drive projects to deadlines assertively.
  • Lead requirements gathering with customers to ensure successful configuration specific to their needs.
  • Design optimal deployment outcomes for clients. Emphasize end-to-end visuals in Business Intelligence for client use in reporting and analysis.
  • Define deployment options for customers and outline key advantages and disadvantages.
  • Coordinate individual business managers responsible for various elements of customer integration.
  • Deliver final configurations to customers and complete onboarding processes.
  • Establish plans for organizational change management.
