Establish Your Expertise in Marine and Transport Insurance Law

This role presents a compelling opportunity for lawyers to expand their disputes experience into class actions, international regulatory investigations, and cross-border litigation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Partners on Contentious and Non-contentious Matters
  • Assist on matters involving collisions, groundings, cargo losses, vessel arrests, charterparty disputes, port incidents, and complex admiralty litigation.
  • Risk Advisory, Contracting, and Regulatory Compliance Work
  • Engage in risk advisory, contracting, and regulatory compliance work; contribute to cross-border investigations and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
  • Class Actions and Government Investigations
  • Develop expertise in class actions and government investigations related to transport, energy, and commodities.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years PQE as a Marine or Transport Insurance Lawyer or equivalent in disputes.
  • Cross-Border Litigation Experience
  • Experience in cross-border litigation, international regulatory investigations, and class actions desirable.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interest in expanding expertise across marine, shipping, and trade-related matters.
