Job Title: Fine Dining Venue Manager

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our premier dining venue and bar. This includes managing day-to-day operations, leading and training a team to maintain high standards, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock control, wages, and staffing levels to optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and maintain a menu that reflects our reputation for excellence.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Coordinate group bookings and functions to ensure smooth execution and exceptional service.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer numbers, customer spend, food costs, labor costs, and Google reviews to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on management experience in hospitality.
  • A proven ability to lead, train, and appraise a team to maintain high standards.
  • A strong understanding of stock control, wages, menu planning, and group bookings/functions.
  • A results-driven mindset with a thorough understanding of hospitality KPIs and operational management.
