About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. As a Business Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and providing strategic guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with the CFO and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving business outcomes. They will be highly analytical, with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will need to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software packages.
