Service Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in getting out on the road to visit customers for service calls and provide technical support.

You will be working on all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, diagnosing errors or technical problems, and determining proper solutions while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gaming equipment
  • Installation and removal of gaming products
  • Ensure electronic job system and paperwork is completed in real-time
  • Provide technical and product information to customers
  • Provide high-level customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Answer telephone inquiries and assist customers
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • A reliable, self-starting logical thinker with strong analytical skills looking to work independently or as part of a close-knit team
  • Coachable, quick learner, and people person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet
  • Interest in Gaming machines would be an advantage
  • Enjoy the challenge of fault-finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace
  • Be physically fit as this role entails some heavy lifting
  • Full driving license
