This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at JobAlly. As an expert in employment relations, you will provide IR/ER advice, award interpretation and EA support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and data analytic skills, with 2-4 years of advisory experience. You will be able to present problems solving, research and analysis skills to support the costing of EA changes.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business/Commerce/ HR/ Law
  • A strong understanding of Fairwork, NES and Industrial awards and agreements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail
  • Highly developed excel skills and experience with data analysis

The role involves working with a leading Not for Profit organisation, providing ER advice and support. You will work closely with an experienced employment lawyer and Senior ER manager as part of a small team.
