We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Service Marketing Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to deliver tailored business insights and drive value through our long-term service contracts.

Your primary objective will be to manage service contract renewals, identify opportunities for consolidation and growth, and build strong relationships with key customer accounts.

You will also support tenders, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews, collaborating with sales, service, and business development teams on customer offerings and upgrade plans.

To succeed in this position, you will need to contribute to service marketing plans and ensure successful implementation across stakeholders. If you have a passion for diagnostic imaging and a background in medical, engineering/technology, or business, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

About You:
  • Tafe or university qualifications in medical, engineering/technology, or business (healthcare background preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience in diagnostic imaging or the biomedical industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with a basic understanding of financial targets
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
