Job Opportunity

The role of Paediatric Outpatient Administration Officer is a key position within the administrative team, providing critical support to ensure smooth operation of Outpatient Clinic Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the manager and team
  • Support reception duties, billing practices, and clinic workflow
  • Utilize software applications including databases and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Travel for the role when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive clerical experience with varied tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively with others and provide customer service
  • Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing workplace requirements
