Remuneration: $57.11 - $58.99 per hour

Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Specialist provides advanced, person-centered nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team. The role includes clinical leadership, support, supervision, and implementing evidence-based practice.
Selection Criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration renal nursing qualifications and at least three years' experience.
- Competencies in providing specialist nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making and lead practice development.
- Effective communication skills, including use of information technology.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for person-centered care.
- Leadership in supervising, delegating, and coordinating care.
- Commitment to professional development and sharing expertise.
