**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide leadership in the development of a quality-focused environment that meets ISO14001/ISO9001/ISO45001 standards
* Develop quality-process links with customers and suppliers to maximize profit potential
* Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Contribute to the creation of best practices in implementing the quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures
* Implement all relevant procedures into the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
* Respond to customer complaints promptly with full analysis and action
* Manage Quality engineers and technicians in the sign-off of parts and resolution of quality concerns
* Lead regular inspection meetings to establish plans and improve quality
* Set objectives and KPIs; promote high standards and manage reporting processes
* Work with the EHS Management system to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment
* Coordinate emergency response procedures and lead investigations of incidents
* Audit and review EHS compliance and training

**Requirements:**

* Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive or Construction
* Quality-focused background is essential
* Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills
* A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a similar EHS role
* Comprehensive knowledge of EHS standards and legislation
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
