About the Position

The Banquet Sous Chef oversees daily kitchen operations within the banquets department, ensuring exceptional food quality for every event and function at our hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistently high levels of catering and event culinary expertise to our guests.
  • Oversee production, portion control, and presentation of all banquet food items to maintain the highest standards.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a passionate kitchen team to drive success.
