About the Role:- Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership to the cleaning team, offering guidance, support, and training.
- Operations: Oversee daily cleaning operations, maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance.
- Scheduling: Manage staff rostering and scheduling using relevant software.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on staff, property, and equipment issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
