About the Role:
  • Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership to the cleaning team, offering guidance, support, and training.
  • Operations: Oversee daily cleaning operations, maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance.
  • Scheduling: Manage staff rostering and scheduling using relevant software.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily reports on staff, property, and equipment issues.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Service Improvement: Implement service improvement projects and contingency plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid driver's licence.
  • Police, Working with Children, and NDIS checks.
  • Proven management experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with rostering programs and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software and data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
