Job Role Summary

The Intake and Community Relations Coordinator serves as a vital link between the Representative for Children and Youth and the community, providing crucial intake services and outreach initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of the RCY's role.

This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working in community relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to assess calls and correspondence, determine eligibility for advocacy services, and provide information and referrals to the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality intake services by accurately assessing calls and correspondence and determining eligibility for advocacy services.
  • Deliver effective information and referrals to the public, while maintaining accurate records and assignments.
  • Plan and coordinate impactful outreach initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of the RCY's role among diverse stakeholders.
