Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to the population of Tennant Creek and the surrounding Barkly communities.
Key responsibilities include participating in all areas of primary health care service delivery, undertaking a wide range of nursing duties, and participating in multidisciplinary decision-making pertaining to client care. You will also be responsible for completing health checks, care plans, and team care arrangements, as well as facilitating telehealth to promote continuity of care.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the Primary Health Care system and key issues relevant to closing the gap in health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Experience working with an Aboriginal organisation or communities will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
