Cellar Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in this cellar role.

  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:

This position requires availability across six days, with some shifts potentially rostered on Friday and Saturday nights to meet operational demands.

  • Receiving and dispatching of goods
  • Unpacking and distributing stock
  • Filling all fridges before trading days
  • Routinely checking kegs in cool rooms and operating bars
  • Cleaning beer lines on a rotation
  • Ensuring all stock is rotated
  • Cleaning ice machines
  • Post-mix cage and lines cleaning
  • Waste disposal
Requirements:

This position requires the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in club or pub cellar operations is desirable
