As a Stockroom Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving stockroom operations to achieve operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in retail leadership, particularly in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear. They should also be familiar with stockroom procedures and have a passion for delivering premium consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive day-to-day stockroom operations, ensuring logistics, inventory management, and stock to floor service are running efficiently
- Provide insightful feedback to store management on required resources to achieve stockroom operational needs
- Represent the adidas brand and values by inspiring and impacting consumers through our products
- Lead compliance with global retail operational directives and propose innovative ideas to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience
- Meet or exceed sales and profit targets while providing outstanding consumer experiences
- Experience as a Retail Team Leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
- Knowledge of stockroom procedures
