Job Description

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee the efficient management of our ANZ Shuttle service operation, including vessel scheduling and development of pricing strategies.
  • This role will involve implementation and management of container security agreements across both Tranztas and ANZ Shuttle services, as well as approval/rejection of export supply requests for the TTZ trade.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing Spot On performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and analyzing market share trends.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in logistics, international trade, or a related field is essential.
  • Candidates must have extensive experience in operations/trade roles within the shipping industry and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • This position requires strong relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and broker complex issues across diverse nationalities and cultures.

Skills We Are Looking For:

  • Tertiary/TAFE qualifications in logistics, international trade, or international business.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Oversight of the ANZ Shuttle service operation.
  • Development and implementation of pricing policy and strategy for the ANZ Shuttle Service.
  • Implementation and management of all CSA's applied within the Tranztas and ANZ Shuttle services.
  • Approval/rejection of ESR's for the TTZ trade.
  • Spot On performance monitoring and management.
  • Ensure TOM's KPI performance management.
  • Market share monitoring and analysis.
