Logistics Operations Specialist Role

This is a critical role in the supply chain organization, responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of logistics activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience working in a logistics environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also have experience with managing international transportation, inventory levels, and procurement activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage inbound freight into the USA, including customs documentation, tariffs, export flows, and delivery network upgrades
  • Manage inventory levels across all USA warehouses
  • Assist with demand planning for the USA market, providing backup support for both USA and Australian supply planning
  • Undertake and review procurement activities
  • Effective supply and demand planning, including management of planning tools
