Logistics Operations Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to join our team as a key player in logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the charge on process improvements, ensuring operational agreements are upheld and freight and warehousing invoices are reconciled with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management, and have extensive experience in logistics operations, preferably within e-commerce or retail environments.

A strong ability to work with third-party logistics providers, identify inefficiencies and implement solutions is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable reconciling invoices and managing financial processes with diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvements across internal departments to boost efficiency and performance
  • Reconcile freight and warehousing invoices and create effective invoice checking processes
  • Manage the logistics inbox and respond to incoming queries promptly and accurately
  • Perform and oversee key logistics administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
