Job Title:

An exceptional leadership role for a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Manager is available in our dynamic team. This position combines clinical responsibilities with department management and team development.


">About the Role:
  • This leadership role plays a vital part in the administration and management of the emergency and critical care department.
  • You will work closely with the Emergency & Critical Care Head of Department to lead and develop the ECC service.
  • This challenging role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

">Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support the veterinary ECC team, including roster and leave management.
  • Liaise with clients, referring veterinarians, and hospital staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to clinical work and maintain the highest standards of ECC/ICU care, support, and workflow.

">Requirements:
  • A veterinary degree registrable in your jurisdiction.
  • A proven track record of leading a team of veterinarians in a senior capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
