Retail Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in East Maitland, NSW.

This is a key leadership role that requires direct responsibility for:

  • Leading and coaching a team of up to 20 members
  • Driving the company values with the store team
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Liaising with Stock Allocators to maintain stock levels
  • Preparing sales reports and store compliance documents

About You: We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style aligned with our organisational values. You should have a customer-focused approach, nail the fundamentals, and take retail seriously.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - we value the right attitude over experience.
