Job Opportunity: In-Home Caregiver

 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide in-home care services to our residents. As an in-home caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents in their homes
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks

Requirements:

  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
