Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in welfare or related fields and/or extensive experience working with families with complex needs.
  • Experience in case management, education program delivery, development, implementation, coordination, review, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex families who may be difficult to engage.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and CALD communities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing working relationships with multi-faceted services.
  • A current driver's license and ability to travel regularly where overnight stays may be required.
