Job Description

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team of staff who run Bingo and Charity Housie sessions. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a flexible role, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with patrons and staff.
  • Setting up equipment, managing sales, and reconciling takings.
  • Calculating prize money and recording session details.
  • (Optional) Calling Bingo/Charity Housie games using your microphone skills – a fun part of the role, but not essential
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle.
  • A friendly, reliable, and well-presented approach.
  • Customer service skills and confidence when interacting with people.
  • Access to a laptop and mobile phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg.

  • Sessions are available Monday–Friday afternoons and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings. We are especially looking for people with daytime availability in the South Coast.
