FP&A Expert

We are seeking an experienced FP&A expert to join our finance leadership team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering leading financial planning and analysis across your designated portfolio and team.

  • Partner with Engineering & Technology leaders to drive cost optimization, financial planning, decision support, and partnership.
  • Lead the finance component of planning, reporting, and forecasting for your portfolio.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Execute current year delivery, including creation of the annual budget and periodic reporting.
  • Manage workforce planning, ensuring FTEs and Open Role Planners are maintained, PO approval, and system inputs for forecasting/budgeting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our capital allocation framework, reviewing capital expenditure and evaluating investments for the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional business planning, budgeting/forecasting abilities.
  • Capability to spin up finance models, understand and reason implications from an accounting perspective.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management, negotiation, and organizational skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with different members of the team.
  • Ability to hold budget holders to account to deliver on financial commitments.
  • Capital expenditure and investment evaluation.
  • Strong data manipulation and modeling.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial experience within a commercial finance team.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, and business intelligence tools.
