Job Description:

We are seeking a leader to oversee the operations of our community health sites across the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region. This position will be responsible for monitoring maintenance and operations, overseeing administrative staff processes, and ensuring that all sites receive appropriate service.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor maintenance and operations of community health sites
  • Oversight of administrative staff processes
  • Ensure sites receive appropriate service
  • Liaise with contract managers regarding cleaning, maintenance services, and suppliers
Requirements:
