
Payroll Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for Australian operations.
">- Reviewing payroll calculations, documentation, and reports monthly before submitting for payment.
- Reviewing payroll tax, superannuation, child support, Single Touch Payroll (STP), and PAYG reconciliations for monthly submission and payment.
- Reviewing payroll year-end reconciliations for entities, including final STP file, payroll tax annual reconciliation, and annual rateable remuneration reconciliation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing labour analysis for entities and providing insights.
- Consolidating labour analysis globally and providing insights.
- Tracking labour savings to overhead budgets.
- Providing commentary on global labour variances to budget for the Board Report.
- Communicating global labour performance to Senior Leadership Team quarterly.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple manner.
- High level analytical and critical thinking skills.

About this role:
This is an opportunity to join our finance team as a Part-Time Payroll Specialist. We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver accurate and timely payroll services for our Australian operations.
As a Part-Time Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing payroll calculations, documentation, and reports. You will also be required to review payroll tax, superannuation, child support, Single Touch Payroll (STP), and PAYG reconciliations for monthly submission and payment.
Additional responsibilities include providing labour analysis, consolidating labour analysis globally, tracking labour savings, and communicating global labour performance to Senior Leadership Team quarterly.
To succeed in this role, you will require sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, experience with accounting software, high level attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to communicate complex matters in a simple manner.
