About the Role

SMAART Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading supplier of industrial tooling and cargo solutions in Australia and New Zealand, offering a wide range of products and services for pipe working, cargo control, cargo care, and bulk liquid storage.

Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join their VIC team, based out of Braeside. You will support the team in supplying industrial tooling solutions to customers across East Melbourne and greater Victoria area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, reengaging and managing existing customer relationships, as well as identifying potential customers and growing their customer base.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, manage a sales pipeline, and execute the company's sales strategy.

Requirements
  • This is an on-the-road sales position, so travel across East Melbourne/VIC is a requirement for this role.
  • You will manage your own schedule in line with business requirements.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Exposure to the industrial cargo industry is highly regarded but not essential.
  • The ability to confidently negotiate, make decisions, and manage objections from customers.
  • An enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated individual.
