About This Role

We are transforming military operations – from strategic commanders overseeing multiple missions, to forward-deployed operators controlling autonomous systems. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the entire lifecycle of design for mission-critical features and end-to-end workflows.

From customer immersion to synthesizing feedback, cross-org collaboration to shipping high-quality experiences, you will leverage design thinking to solve complex problems in challenging scenarios.

The centralized Product Design team is structured around two key areas: core platform and strategic pursuits (verticals). This role will partner closely with vertical teams and its customers touching on all-domain command & control, in-vehicle experiences, submersibles, autonomy, and more.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy.
  • Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process.
  • Play an influential role in shaping end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of industry experience.
  • High attention to detail and mastery of visual and interaction design craft.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work.
