Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Evidence-Based Care: Deliver patient-centered care that is grounded in the latest medical research and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current Nursing Registration: Hold a current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Contemporary Knowledge: Possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices in medical nursing care and the patient journey.
  • Oncology/Haematology Certificate: Hold an oncology/haematology certificate or have relevant experience in this area.
  • Compassion and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate empathy and critical thinking skills to provide high-quality care and make informed decisions.
