Our focus is on delivering high-quality living experiences, with our projects strategically located within growth corridors of Sydney and regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with new customers and professionals to convert leads into sales of home and land contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers in the display home, offering expert advice on house & land package selection, upgrades, and options.
- Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate with professionals to convert leads into sales of new home builds, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with demonstrated closing capability.
- Knowledge of house & land sales as well as single contract sales.
- Proven sales ability and a commitment to customer service excellence, with previous experience in residential builders.
This role offers a competitive guaranteed remuneration package plus commissions, with an OTE of $300K or more.
