Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new customers and professionals to convert leads into sales of home and land contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers in the display home, offering expert advice on house & land package selection, upgrades, and options.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Collaborate with professionals to convert leads into sales of new home builds, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with demonstrated closing capability.
  • Knowledge of house & land sales as well as single contract sales.
  • Proven sales ability and a commitment to customer service excellence, with previous experience in residential builders.
Remuneration

This role offers a competitive guaranteed remuneration package plus commissions, with an OTE of $300K or more.
