Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

About The Role

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • They will be able to thrive in a busy kitchen, managing food portioning, rotation, and inventory while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven track record in people management, KPIs, food and wage cost analysis, and staying up to date with current food trends.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships within the kitchen brigade and F&B service team.
  • Dedicated to team development and training, fostering a positive and creative culinary culture.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry legislation and standards.
