We are a very well-respected family owned and operated business in which upholds an open building license. This allows us to provide a turnkey solution which includes all aspects of pool construction, landscaping and outdoor structures.

Our average contracts range between $100 000 - $250 000, this opens endless opportunities to utilise both creativity and quality for all swimming pools developed.

The Poolscapes teams’ architectural designs and constructions are executed with the sole purpose of integrity to collaborate and complete their customised outdoor solution by fulfilling the clients with a momentous experience.

**As a Pool Builder, our scope of work generally includes**:

- Constructing Concrete Pools, Spas, Water Features and Pool Renovations
- Structural, Hard and Soft Landscaping
- Lighting
- Irrigation
- Driveways
- Retaining Walls
- Outdoor structures, Kitchens and Living Areas
- Bali Huts
- Gazebos

These services are to be completed in a timely, efficient manner, to the Poolscapes operation systems and procedures, as well as the Australian standards.

**As a Pool Builder, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Always displaying a helpful, respectful and positive attitude, especially when addressing the customers.
- Upholding the company’s equipment and work vehicles by always keeping them all neat, tidy and presentable.
- Having effective time management skills, when completing all tasks.
- Offering a high level of quality workmanship.
- Use and care for the company’s equipment within guidelines.

**Vital skills and experience required**:

- Uphold a current driver’s license.
- The ability to follow instructions, to maintain a safe work environment.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be well presented, with a professional and passionate attitude.
- To respect co-workers whilst being a flexible team member and having the ability to work independently.
- To work unsupervised, under pressure with the ability to still demonstrate attention to detail.
- Uphold and prove a strong work ethic with a reliable attendance.
