Lead the development of internal and external engineering within major energy infrastructure projects as a Senior Engineering Manager.

About the Role

As an experienced Senior Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership for engineering during the tender phase of projects, fostering a culture of teamwork within the engineering team and across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and design partners.
  • Assign key personnel and conduct peer reviews and technical audits.
  • Drive engineering's contribution to business development, including building client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., BSc Engineering), CPEng or eligibility to obtain, and membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., Engineers Australia).
