Job Summary

Drive new business growth by establishing strategic partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves developing a channel partner strategy, applying technical expertise to translate client requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Channel Partner Strategy and Plan for Geospatial solutions in ANZ
  • Apply specialized technical knowledge of architectural design to interpret client requirements and communicate with developers
  • Utilize advanced technical product knowledge to identify potential technical challenges and opportunities for optimization within new customer and partner workflows
  • Proactively engage with potential partners to establish relationships and support the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to drive lead generation and sales
  • Oversee tender activities by coordinating contributions from each team member and ensuring Hexagon's part of the tender aligns with customer requirements
  • Be strategic in conducting market and economic research to develop targeted strategies per segment
  • Contribute to forecasting where required to ensure accuracy and alignment with Medium Term Financial Planning (MTFP) targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience from the Geospatial industry with strong channel development
  • Tertiary level qualification in IT or relevant discipline
  • Experience in a Sales or Presales role in Geospatial solutions
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong forecasting and numerical abilities
  • Good accountability, self-direction, and motivation
