We are seeking a motivated spatial systems expert to support diverse projects across our organisation.
As a GIS Specialist, you will deliver high-quality spatial analysis, create maps and web applications, provide user support, and help maintain platforms and field data tools.
- Deliver high-impact spatial analysis and mapping solutions to drive project success
- Create interactive web applications using ArcGIS Online and other technologies
- Provide exceptional user support and maintenance of platforms and field data tools
- Collaborate with industry experts on impactful projects within a global environment
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in GIS or spatial science
- Interest or experience in applying GIS to infrastructure, environmental approvals, ecology, earth science, or environmental science
- Demonstrated ability to manage work packages and deliver quality outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment
Additional qualifications and experience include:
- Strong skills in spatial data management, spatial analysis, cartography, and high-level use of ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap
- Experience with data conversion, FME, and tools like AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Exposure to ArcGIS Online, Survey123, web map publishing, Python scripting, and 3D visualisation tools like Leapfrog or EVS
