Project Development Lead

You will have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of projects, reporting to a senior manager.

Your key responsibilities include leading project strategy development, prioritizing safety and commercial acuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project launch and delivery, including submissions and approvals.
  • Coordinate project launch, lead various aspects of marketing and sales, develop and deliver on project vision.
  • Award, manage, and administer contracts, report, budget, risk assess, and manage monthly reviews and cash flow.
  • Drive profitability and cash flow returns for the project(s).
  • Work with project teams to improve customer experience and ensure professional management of customer issues.

About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual with experience managing teams, solid background in residential development, project planning, cost, and risk management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
