Project Leadership Opportunity

This role involves leading key projects that require design insight and project coordination and management. You will lead projects, pull together tender documentation, work with suppliers to lock in specifications, and support national procurement.

You will coordinate design reviews, site visits, and documentation to support the development of new home designs, community facilities, and masterplans. This includes standardising internal and external finishes, fittings, and equipment schedules, contributing to national procurement and tender readiness.

About This Role

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of tender processes, project documentation, and volume construction. They should have proven experience coordinating design and construction projects, ideally within community-based masterplans.

They should also have a solid grasp of residential building methods, design documentation, and relevant codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and solving problems with confidence.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of tender processes, project documentation, and volume construction
