At Redpath Partners, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our development projects. As a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex residential and mixed-use developments.

This is a senior, hands-on role that requires a driven property professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our in-house delivery and construction teams to meet program, cost, and quality objectives. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying project risks and managing mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.

  • Lead end-to-end development management across complex residential and mixed-use projects
  • Oversee feasibility modelling, site assessments, and due diligence
  • Manage planning pathways and approvals in close collaboration with consultants and authorities
  • Drive design development in alignment with commercial and customer outcomes
  • Work closely with in-house delivery and construction teams to meet program, cost, and quality objectives
  • Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including JV partners and councils
  • Contribute to broader business strategy including acquisitions and development pipeline planning

We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in property development, ideally across residential or mixed-use assets. A strong understanding of development processes, planning pathways, and financial modelling is essential. You should also have proven ability to lead complex projects through all stages - from feasibility to delivery.
